Vendor Registration

The TMSPA would like to invite you to attend the Table Mountain Star Party as a vendor and/or sponsor participating in one of the United States' best star parties.

The TMSPA will gladly add a Web or E-mail link to the name of all vendors and sponsors.

Every year our vendors and other contributors donate some terrific door prizes to the Table Mountain Star Party!  The TMSPA also uses a portion of your registration fee to purchase additional items to be given away. We have given away telescopes, eyepieces, books, charts and many other astronomy-related items.

2013 Table Mountain Star Party Vendor Registration Information:

If you are planning on participating as a Vendor at the 2013 Table Mountain Star Party, registration forms will be available when Early Registration opens.

Vendors can fill out and mail a registration form to the address on the form up until registration is closed.  After that time, vendors will need to arrange with the TMSPA Vendor Coordination Director to make payment.  Payment must be made prior to entering the site and setting up your booths.

Vendors may choose their preferred location by reviewing the map at the following link and then making their top three choices on their Registration form.  First forms received with payment will get first choice of location.
